Satay Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp trader joe's satay sauce4 1/2 lb chicken breasts (skinless)1 onion sliced1 yellow pepper sliced1 tsp sugar4 tsp soy sauce2 tsp cumin2 tsp red pepper flakessalt and pepper1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Directions
Marinade chicken in soy sauce, peanut sauce, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and sugar for 15 minutes

Heat oil in stainless steel pan, once hot add chicken and cook through

Add the vegetables and cook until soft, add the chicken and cooked covered 10 minutes. Serve with brown rice
