Fat Free Sugar Free Whole Grain Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup boiling water1 1/2 tsp soda1 cup splenda for baking1/2 cup applesauce2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp salt2 cups all bran1 cup bran flakes2 eggs2 cups lowfat buttermilk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl,
mix wet ingredients in a bowl
combine the two and stir till all is moist.

Spoon into 24 muffin tins

Bake 375 for 20 min.
