*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbspOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup Peas, frozen, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large Pimentos, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Heat oil in pan, add diced onion and cook until transparent. Add rice and cook until brown. Add water and simmer. After 10 minutes add pimento, soy sauce and peas and continue to cook until water is almost gone. Meanwhile fry up eggs with a little water in a seperate pan. Add fried eggs to rice and then cook until water is gone.
