Dressing - Light Caesar (homemade)

Ingredients
1/2 cup of fat free greek yogurt1/2 cup of lowfat buttermilk1/4 cup of light mayo1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp Lemon Juice2 cloves or 1 tsp of minced garlic 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Dijon Mustard1/4 tsp of black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a blender. If you don't have Greek yogurt, you could either use plain yogurt or a full cup of buttermilk (consistency will obviously be a little thinner if you don't use yogurt).


2 tablespoons = 1 serving. This recipe makes approximately 1.75 cups (28 tablespoons) of dressing, which is about 14 servings.
