Ingredients
1 cup white all purpose Flour1 1/2 cups skim milk3 egg whites1 tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into warm greased pan. Spread around pan by angling pan.
Cook until done flip and same time on other side.
