Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, split2 cups of dry minute rice2 cans of Healthy Request cream of chicken soup10 oz. (1 soup can full) of milk1 packet of Dry onion soup mix
Directions
Cook minute rice according to package directions. Place in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Arrange chicken on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top of the chicken.

In a small bowl, mix soup and milk. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours. The secret is NO PEEKING!
