Turkey Taco Bake

1 pound Ground Turkey Breast (3% fat)1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise1 cup Salsa2 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips2 cups Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Chese shredded (Partly Skim) 2 tsp Chili powderYou can also chop up a tomato and shred some lettuce to put on / under each serving
In a saucepan, brown ground turkey, drain. Add Salsa, mayonnaise and chili powder and mix well.
In an ungreased 2 qt baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, crushed chips, and shredded cheese.Repeat the layers and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until it is heated through.
Divide into 8 pieces and serve with a green salad.
If you wish, at serving time, top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
