Fiesta chicken pasta

Ingredients
1 13.25oz package whole wheat pasta1 cup canned corn2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup canned tomato1/4 cup salsa1 8oz package fat free cream cheesetaco seasoning
Directions
cook pasta, drain and put aside
cut chicken in bite size pieces and cook in pan sprayed with pam
once cooked through add cream cheese, corn, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning.
let simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes, or until cream cheese is fully incorporated.
toss with pasta

    this was so delicious! i used low fat not fat free cream cheese because thats what i had, and ziti pasta. i also halved the recipe but used the 1/4c. salsa, 1 cup corn and 1/2 c. tomatoes. delicious! will definetly make it again! - 11/11/09

    This was really, really good! The only thing I did differently is that I added 1/2 cup of salsa as opposed to 1/4, and I used regular bow tie pasta as opposed to wheat (less calories, suprisingly).
    I would definately make this again...even my picky almost 2 year old liked it! - 8/6/09
