Half an onionHalf cup of cornOne cup tofu2 tbsp. pestocherry tomatoesmushroom pineapple
Directions
Cook quinoa and onions on a skillet
add raw ingredients and let sizzle 20 to 30 minutes. When tofu is warm all throughout, remove from heat and stir in pesto.
