Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1-2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breast cut up into chunks1 tbsp black pepper1 dash salt2 tbsp dried oregano1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth0.4 cup white wine1/4 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic1 cup baby carrots
Directions
Place chicken into slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour in chicken broth and white wine. Add vegetables. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

May be served with rice.
