Ingredients
1 lb. skinless chicken breastMild SalsaMild Queso SalsaMexican Cheese Blend 8 Flour Tortillas
Directions
makes 16 half tortillas

brown the chicken and then drain and set aside.

heat a pan to medium and add about 1tblsp of oil, proper lubrication is important to prevent sticking and burning

Place on tortilla in the pan, top quickly with 1tsp of both salsa and queso and about 1tblsp of cheese and chicken over HALF the tortilla. Fold and allow to cook for about 2 minutes then flip and cook for about 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from pan and place in the oven to keep warm.

To serve cut the qusadillas in half and place on a large platter
