Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad (with yogourt and mayo)

Ingredients
5 cup chopped fresh broccoli5 cup chopped cauliflower3 green onions 150 grams cheddar cheese1 cup no fat plain yogourt1/2 cup light mayonnaise 2 tbsp lemon juice4 tbsp splenda pepper
Directions
Wash and chop broccoli, cauliflower and green onion. Grate or cube cheese. Toss cheese, broccoli, cauliflower and onion together. Mix yogourt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, splenda and pepper together. Pour over other ingredients and toss.
Makes 10 - 1 cup servings.
