Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
4 pork chops3 cloves garlic diced1 TBS German Mustard1/2 cup onion diced1/8 cup Apple Juice1 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce1 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar1 Cup SauerkrautOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Dinner for four
Marinate the chops in the garlic, apple juice, rice vinegar and soy sauce.

Brown the chops and onions mixed with the German mustard in the cooking oil spray. Add the leftover marinade, kraut and salt and pepper. Put on low, cover. Stir every few minutes. Should be ready within 20 minutes
