Sauteed bok choy

Ingredients
Bok choy2 T chicken fat\\salt\\pepper\\1/2 c broth
Directions
Chop off stems from the leafs of bok choy. Chop each part into small pieces. Saute boy choy stems in fat until lose crunch, about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, broth, and greens and stir. Cook about 10 minutes or until stems are tender.
