Brown Rice Sesame Salad

Ingredients
brown jasmine rice, celery, red or green bell pepper, green onions, sunflower seeds, raisins, tamari, sesame oil
Directions
rinse rice well until water runs almost clear, cook rice according to package directions, you should start with 3 cups dry rice to end with 6 cups cooked. Chop all of the vegetables finely. Once rice is cooked, allow to cool to room temperature. Pour rice in a large bowl add all other ingredients. Stir well. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend. 1/2 per serving.
