Appleberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup 1% or nonfat milk3 large strawberries, chopped1/2 medium apple with skin, chopped1/4 cup apple sauce1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

* You could probably substitute yogurt for the milk, or even frozen yogurt for the ice and milk, for a change.
