1-15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed4 large eggs1 1/2 cups Splenda (1 c Wheylo)1/4 cup cocoa powder1 tsp baking powder2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon vanilla extract1/2 cup dry milk powder1/4 cup ricotta cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a food porcessor or blender. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cover with plastic wrap to keep fresh. Serve with whipped topping. Serves 9.
