Buttermilk honey pancakes

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cups buttermilk3 eggs, lightly beaten2 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp honey
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. In a large measuring cup, combine all wet ingredients. Mix well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix gently to combine thoroughly. Pour 1/4 cup measure onto hot non-stick griddle. Turn when bubbles form. Cook until done. I made 13 pancakes using a 1/4 cup measure. I weighed the pancakes afterwards and they averaged 52g/cooked pancake. For those of you like me, who are always trying to figure out what a serving is - hope that helps.
