Not Quite Daddy's Cole Slaw

Ingredients
6 cups fresh chopped cabbage (one small head).75 cup cider vinegar3 tbsp ketchup.5 cup Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard3 tbsp Spring Tree, Sugar Free Syrup1 tsp Thai Chili Sauce (rooster sauce)1 tbsp garlic powderblack pepper and crushed red pepper to taste
Directions
Chop cabbage and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together and whisk until smooth and creamy. Fold in cabbage, tossing until all is covered. Allow to chill and marinate at least one hour before serving.
Makes 6 servings (about a cup each)
