Frito Salad

Ingredients
3 to 4 green peppers, diced4 stalks, celery, diced2 cups grated cheddar cheese1 large bottle (16 fl. oz) Catalina Free dressing1 can sliced olives4 green onions, diced (tops and most of bottom)3 to 4 tomatoes, diced (I remove most of seeds)2 cans kidney beans, drained1 large (15 oz.) package of Fritos
Directions
Combine all ingredients except Fritos. Chill. Prior to serving, add corn chips, or get Big Scoop Fritos and use salad as a dip.

I like to use less dressing than the recipe calls for--I just eyeball it until salad is coated.
