Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef1 large onion, diced1 3/4 cups ketchup2 tsp prepared mustard1/4 cup brown sugar1 tsp vinegar (white)1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp chili powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown and crumble ground beef in a skillet with diced onion. Cook until beef is done and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer together at least 15 to 20 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Serve on hamburger buns.

Makes about 12 generous servings.
