1 poblano pepper1 sclice of Mexican Cheese, queso asadero 2 tbsp Flour, whole grain1 cupTomato Sauce, Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 small Salt, 1 tsp
Roast poblano on stove, then clean seeds and fill with cheese. On a plate add flour and put it all over the poblano pepper. in a container first mix the egg white untill stiff peak form and then add the yolk mix it add the poblano. In a pan add olive oil and fry all sides of poblano pepper until brown.
Heat the tomato sauce add salt. serve poblano on a plate and add tomato sauce on top of it. ******to remove 400 cals out of it. do not add the batter egg and don't fry it. :) *****

my.davita.com has a food analyzer calculator. According to their figures, the calories for 1 chile relleno poblano stuffed with cheese is more like 370 calories per one. But maybe this recipe uses different stuff. - 4/27/13
