Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef3 slices soft wheat bread - torn in pieces1 cup non fat milk1/2 cup finely chopped onion2 Tbs. dried parsley1 egg, beaten1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroghly. Press into 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hous

    This is a lot like my mom's meat loaf recipe that she got from HER mom [I am 63]. Their recipe used cracker crumbs instead of soft bread and also uses a bit of ketchup. It's a great one! - 10/26/10
