Spicy Chilled Vegetable Soup

Chilled V8, 6 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole, dicedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, finely choppedScallions, raw, 2 large, finely choppedGarlic, 1 cloveChilled Orange Juice, .25 cup1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp paprikahot sauce to taste
Over low heat, in pan sprayed with no stick spray, heat garlic, cinnamon, cumin and paprika for a minute or two until warm and mixed. Do not scorch.
In large chillable bowl, layer tomatoes, celery, and scallions. Pour spice mixture over vegetables. Add hot sauce to taste. Add orange juice. Gently stir. Add V8, stir gently.
Serve immediately or chill for several hours.
Tastes best the next day!
