Jen's pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. white flour2.5 tsp. white sugar3.5 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1.25 c. milk1 large egg3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well. Make a well, and add wet ingredients. Mix well. Drop onto hot griddle by 1/4 cup scoops. Serves 8.
