rice with walnuts and carrots

Ingredients
1 cap brown or hole grain rice2 carrots - diced 1 tbsp. soy sauce30 gr. walnuts - about 8 halvessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook the rice according to instructions.
in a pan, add the diced carrots and the soy sauce and let simmer for a few moments. add the walnuts, chopped.
when rice is ready, add the carrots and mix it into the rice. cover and wait a few moments before serving.
