New England Maple Syrup Bread using a Bread Machine

Ingredients
0.75 C Water (3 c)1.5 T Oil0.25 C Maple Syrup ( for this recipe I splurged and got the REAL stuff. It was worth it!)3 oz. Lowfat Plain Yogurt1 Egg1.5 tsp Salt1.5 T Splenda Brown Sugar1.5 C Whole Wheat Flour1.5 C White Flour1 tsp Ground Cinnamon0.5 tsp Ground Cloves2 tsp Yeast*Optional ( 3T Vital Wheat Gluten) *
Directions
Place all ingredients in bread machine. After 8-10 minutes, scrape down sides if needed.

Select Light Crust Whole Wheat Cycle.
