Grape Salad

Ingredients
1lb or 3 cups of grapes( whatever your desired amout).I used 2 cups Philadalphia Honey Nut cream cheese.2 servings of Cool Whip Lite.2 cups Walnuts, or any nuts of your choice chopped.
Directions
Just add all the ingredients together, no specific first or last. Just whip them all together, and serve warm or cool if you leave in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
