Chili Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin light olive oil3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup lemon juice1/4 cup Grey Poupon Mustard1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp liquid smoke2-3 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce(found in the Oriental Food Aisle)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Place in container or large plastic ziplock bag with Chicken breast (or other meat as you desire). Marinade several hours, or overnight. (The longer the better). Grill over hot coals, serve warm. Marinades about 20 regular size chicken breasts. Recipe can be cut in half . If not using all of marinade at once, be sure to only add what you want to the chicken and save the rest in a seperate container.
