Ingredients
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons rice wine1 tablespoon sesame oil1/4 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon minced garlic, or to taste2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, and honey in a small bowl. Marinate meat at least 6 hours or over night before cooking.
