Mexican Dip and Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese.5 cup salsa2 T of nonfat or lowfat sour creampinch of cumin seedpinch of cayenne pepper2 T of diced green onions
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Place in airtight container in refrigerator and use for dipping veggies or over salad. Great with romaine and a little avocado and tomatoes!
