White Wine Vinegar, 1/3 cupCilantro, raw, 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 3 TbspJalapeno Pepper, 1 seeded and choppedGarlic, 1 clove peeled and quarteredSalt, 3/4 tsp Olive Oil, 1/3 cup Water, 1/3 cup
In a blender, combine the first six ingredients. While processing gradually add oil and water in steady stream. Makes 2 dozen 2 Tbsp servings. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
