Curried Pumpkin Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients
5 1/4 cups Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock2 15oz cans Libby's Pure Pumpkin1/4 cup honey2 tsp curry powderSalt and Pepper to taste (not included in nutritional info)1/2 cup Half and Half
Directions
Combine broth, pumpkin, honey and curry powder in the Crock Pot. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5 - 3 hours. Stir in Half and Half and serve.

Makes 6 servings. Serving size about 1 1/3 cup.
