Omi Pancakes

Ingredients
3 cups skim milk2 large eggs2 cups of white flour3 tbsp butter, unsalted
Directions
Beat eggs and add milk, beating until blended. Slowly add flour and beat until no lumps are present.

Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the pan and spread a thin amount of batter around the pan (about 1/2 cm thick). Cook until golden brown and flip to do the same for the other side.

Serve with apple sauce, syrup or a topping of your choice.

Makes 6 pancakes.
