Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
2 Eggs (large) 1 cup Yogurt (plain fat free)1/2 cup Calona oil1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract 2 cups Flour( all-purpose)1/2 cup Splenda ( or 25 tsps)1/2 tps. Salt1/2 tsps. Baking soda 1 cup Blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
Directions
1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large measuring
cup or bolw. Set aside.
2. Mix all dry ingredients plus blueberries.
3. Combine both and spoon in sprayed tins.
4. Makes 12 muffins.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes on second
shelf of oven or until golden.
