Ingredients
1/2 green pepper, sliced1/2 red pepper, sliced1/2 yellow pepper, sliced1/2 zucchini, slicedwhole onion, sliced2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices2 small potatoes, cut into thin sliceshandful of baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise2 tbs EVOO 2tsp MRS DASH seasoning
Directions
-chop veggies and toss in olive oil, sprinkle with Mrs Dash
-wrap in foil or place in grill basket
-BBQ over med heat, stirring or flipping often
when potatoes are cooked, enjoy!
-feeds 2 adults and 2 kids well.
