Gramma Cherie's Pumpkin Squares

1/2 c. organic Spelt Flour1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour1/4 c. chickpea flour3/4 c. rolled oats3/4 c. organic cane sugar, divided2 eggs1/2 c. butter, unsalted1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin (1 x 15oz can)1 1/4 c. Milk (2%)3/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt1 tsp cinnamon, ground1 tsp ginger, ground1 tsp cloves, ground1/2 tsp salt
Mix oatmeal and flours and butter and 1/4 c. sugar and press into bottom of 9 by 13 in baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
While bottom is baking, mix together all remaining ingredients (including the 1/2 c. sugar) using a wisk until thoroughly mixed.
Once bottom is done baking, pour pumpkin mixture into pan and bake for another 50 minutes or until the pumpkin top is firm and knife comes out clean.
Bake at 350 F.
Makes 24 squares using a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
