Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)chicken broth 3C
Directions
saute onions and mushrooms on med heat until onions are soft. add rice and cook and stir for about 2 min. add chicken broth turn heat to high and bring to a boil. reduce heat to med low. cook covered for 25 min. stir and serve.
