Overnight Oats: Apricot

Ingredients
1/4 c oats1 tbsp apricot jam1/4 c chopped dried apricotssplenda1/2 c lite soycinnamon
Directions
In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, all of the flavours will be incorporated, and you can eat it straight away! The oats don't need to be cooked.
