Rueben Cassarole

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a 13X9 inch pan, put sauerkraut in bottom. Shred by hand the roast beef, and put it on top of the kraut. Our dressing all over the food. Cut up bread slices into 1inch cubes. Put cheese on top of the meat, followed by bread cubes, and put some cheese on top of cubes.
Directions
Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered. Let it cool for a few minutes, and then enjoy. Makes 6 - 8 Servings depending on how the pieces are cut. (Personally cut into 8)
