Multigrain apple cinnamon muffins

Ingredients
2 egg whites1/4 cup canola oil1 cup buttermilk1/3 cup brown sugar packed1/2 cup oats1 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup wheat bran(can use wheat flour instead)1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 cup apples(pick a good cooking apple) chopped and peeled1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Stir wet ingredients, brown sugar and oats together
In a separate bowl stir dry ingredients
Add liquid to dry and stir to form thick dough
Add apples
Bake for 20 minutes until knife comes out clean
