2 lb. Flank Steak1/4 c. lime juice1/4 c. tequila5 gloves garlic, devided2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped2 tbsp. olive oil, divided2 tsp. whrcestershire sauce1 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. ground coriander1 red bell pepper, sliced1 yellow bell pepper, sliced1 green bell pepper, sliced1 white onion, sliced
Wisk together the lime juice, tequila, cilantro, 4 cloves garlic crushed, 1 tbsp oil, worcestershire, oregano, cayanne pepper, cumin, coriander. Pour into ziptop bag. Place flank steak in bag, remove all air and seal bag. Place in dish and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours.
Remove the meat from bag and pat dry. Grill on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Wrap in foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Cook bell peppers and onion for 10 - 15 minutes until soft and carmelized. Add remaning minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Thinly slice meat agains grain. Add to vegetables and mix. Serve with tortillas.
