I have done this same thing using low fat ranch dressing instead of the eggs. My kids love it!! - 6/2/09

This is also good on pork for something different! I've also used onion powder instead of thyme. Oh so good! and easy! - 5/27/09

this was delicious. found i was out of corn flakes so i used rice krispies and it was still good. also added a few extra herbs. wonderful change from plain baked and grilled chicken. will keep this one in menu plan. works well with weight watchers too. - 6/7/09

Corn flakes add a truly wonderful crunch to this dish. I omitted the salt, and the taste was great. This is an easy recipe that will keep your chicken moist and flavorful. Thank you! - 6/7/09

Great. I spread some low-fat mayo on each piece instead of the egg white mix. The mayo also makes for juicy chicken. - 5/26/09

I used this recipe but I like to use the egg whites and italian flavored bread crumbs, my husband loved this meal and found it very filling. - 6/9/09

This is the best recipe I've found on here so far. The chicken really is moist, especially for a breast. Mildly fussy with the breading, but not bad at all. And tastes great! - 6/3/09

These were great. I made them tonight. My six-year-old really liked them. I added a bit of garlic powder and think that a little more seasoning would even be better. - 5/27/09

My kids liked this cut into "nuggets" instead of whole breasts. I reduced the baking time by about 5 minutes. I found the flavor very satisfying. - 5/26/09

I've been using a similar recipe, but the Corn Flakes and thyme are a little different. Very good! - 5/23/09

This was AWESOME. Just finished making it. My husband went back for more, and he is not a chicken lover. But he really liked this and so did I. Thanks for sharing this. - 6/16/09

I used finely chopped parsley as my herb and the zest of a lemon. Mix this well with the C/Flakes and it was to die for especially when I baked a few whole garlic cloves with the chicken for the sweetness. Very nice indeed served with Vegtables of your choice. - 6/13/09

This was really good, and I was shocked to watch my snobby husband but away two half-breasts. It was only afterward that I told them the crispy coating was corn flakes (actually Total...). I had to make a double-batch of the coating, added garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Really good. - 6/13/09
