blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour2. 3/4 cup white sugar3. 1/2 tsp salt4. 2 tsp baking powder5. 1/3 cup vegetable oil ( i use sun flower oil)6. 1 egg7. 1/3 cup milk 2%8. 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
1. preheat the oven to 400 F and grease muffin cups.
2. combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
3. place the vegetable oil into 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. mix this with the flour mixture. fold in blueberries. fill muffin cups up to 2/3.
4. bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.

makes 8 muffins
