Ingredients
I Cup Small Bulger Wheat1 large can of Tomato Sauce (28 oz)1 Med. Onion1 Lg Green Pepper1 bunch parsley1 bunch scallions1/4 c Lemon juice1/4 c Canola oil
Directions
Pour 28 oz of tomato sauce over the bulger wheat. Let sit for about one hour. Meanwhile, dice the vegetables (or use a Cuisinart) and mix them all together. Add veggies to the bulger/tomato mixture. Add the oil, lemon, and a "dash" of cayenne red pepper. Mix together. Chill.

Served with crackers, pita bread or lavash is best, though it's great on salads!
