3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)1c. chopped apples (any variety)1c. craisins (chopped)1c. chopped celerychopped fresh parsley to taste8 TBS hellmans canola mayosalt to taste pepper to taste
cook chicken any way you prefer. Chop and let the meat cool. Chop all other ingredients and combine. Add chicken. Mix well. Serve with crackers or any type of bread for a sandwich. Also tastes great with tortilla chips.
