Tenderloin Kabobs

Ingredients
1- Pork Tenderloin2- Large Sweet Peppers (red, green, yellow, orange)-the more colors the prettier they are2- medium white or yellow onions (cut into 4 quarters)2-cups of cherry tomatoes2-cups zucchini (cut into preferred size chunks)2-jalapeno peppers (cut into 4 quarters)8-tblspn of Heinz 57 steak sauce
Directions
Makes 8 kabobs (2 per serving).

soak your wooden skewers in luke warm water while you cut up your veggies and meat.

The combinations are at your discretion. My favorite:
wrap a piece of jalapeno around meat, then wrap a piece of onion around secure with kabob skewer, then alternate with a piece of each veggie.
