Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
Approx. 3.5 lbs of chicken. (recipe calculated for 2 lbs breast tenderloin, and 8 boneless, skineless thights)3Tbsp ground ginger3 tbsp coriander1 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp pepper2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp turmeric1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1 1/2 tsp cloves1 1/2 tsp cinnamon6oz plain yogurt6oz greek yogurt1oz lemon juice
Directions
Mix spices completely with yogurt and lemon juice. Pour into gallon zip lock back, or nonreactive bowl. Add chicken. Coat well. Let marinate over night.
Put chicken and half the marinade in a baking dish, in the oven. Half way through, flip chicken and add other half of marinade.

You can also cook over the grill, after shaking most of the marinade off to avoid drip fires.
