Ingredients
What i like to do is but a little oil in the pan just enough to over the bottom, than i take the steak into the flour and the pepper mixer, well coated on both sides. Next, make sure you pan on medium heat, when oil is hot place steak in pan and cook till golden brown on both sides. Best to serve with greens of any kind. Down home southern cooking.
