Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 16 oz Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbsp *Rye flour, light, 1 cup *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a medium sized baking sheet with Aluminum Foil. Pour oil on foil and spread around with a pastry brush or cloth. Mix flour and spices together on a large plate. Dredge the steaks through the mixture pressing the mixture into the crevices of the cubes. Place steaks on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip steaks and bake for 5-10 minutes until firm to the touch.
